A former banker and successful event planner, I observe the world through analytical and creative perspectives. My varied experiences in banking including mortgage lending, and investigations, required integrity, tenacity, perseverance, and negotiation skills to accomplish the platinum level of customer service I provided my diverse and high-profile customer bases. As a real estate professional, I bring these qualities to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients.
My experience in banking and event planning helped me develop focused listening skills, able advisory capabilities and a dedicated loyalty to all clients. My philosophy is to attend to my clients in the detailed manner in which I expect personal service. I am known for my sense of integrity, diligence and ability to create a positive experience for everyone involved in a transaction. My approach to business is direct and successful. My philosophy is to listen to the client’s needs to assure an honest and efficient transaction whether buying or selling.
On receiving my license I chose an agency associated with a nationally known franchise to practice with. I one day realized the need to find an agency with which my personal values of integrity, credibility and platinum customer service were aligned. After looking around I found that Baird & Warner was indeed that agency. Baird & Warner surpasses our competition in many ways, not the least of which is state of the art technology, resulting in more sales, thus more agents, more offices and an extensive marketing reach. We've been in real estate for over 100 years and have always been at the forefront of fair housing for all.
My mantra is honesty above all, details, communication and a friendly approach are the keys to success, in any transaction. I know Chicago neighborhoods and as a real estate professional I am always eager to share that knowledge with clients.
I have lived in Englewood, South Shore and Hyde Park. I have worked downtown played and shopped all over Chicago. My husband and I currently live in the South Loop area of the city. I have served on the boards of the Council for Bio-Medical Careers and the Greater South Loop Association. I am committed to and passionate about assisting home sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.
Everyone deserves a home. To that end, a portion of every commission is donated to Habitat for Humanity and/or a woman's shelter. Pets also deserve homes. Allergies prevent me from having my own pets but I also contribute to pet rescue shelters in an effort to reduce the risk of euthanization and have them find new homes as well.
If I can help you or someone you know to sell or buy a home, please do call me, it would be my pleasure to assist.
